Race date Saturday 23rd July Entry £10 a head + ferry Race distance between 7.5 and 11.5 miles with variable elevation. 6 runners per team.
We have been allocated 1 team place for this event. We have to decide if we want to enter either: 1. Womens team ( not likely) 2. Mens team 3. Mixed team.
Names to Laurence ASAP if you wish to be considered for selection.
If the sun shines it is a great day out.

Available if required. Kevin wants Lochranza leg. He will be a Mont Blanc veteran by then... Arran hills will be laughable to our polka dot jersey wearer.

At the moment I feel like I may never be fit again so won't be offended if not selected. However, if you do need me that sounds like fun!

Hi Laurence, I'm still far from fit and have a wedding the night before it but am up for giving it a go. I did join the club just a few weeks ago so that I'd be able to run. If you are happy for me to be part of the team I'd definitely be up for it but as I said before I won't be offended if you have a better offer. I'd even miss Ayr's donkey cup game for it - how dedicated am I?! If I was to be part of the team to avoid holding you back any more than necessary I'd really like a flat-ish leg if that's possible. I don't mind doing any distance but not sure about climbing the hills of Arran. Cheers
