Hope everyone who posts here, member of Seaforth or not will stick something on this thread and keep us all up to date with progress.
Biggest percentage improvement on times achieved last year has got to be worth a bottle of Moet come December.
I'll risk it by starting
5K - 18.50 10k 38.59 Half 1 hr 26.30 Marathon 3.14.30 (although not stopping at mile 24 to moan and then racewalking last two miles would be progress)

Barry it would be worth running a marathon with you this year just for the entertainment at mile 24. Would be happy matching last years efforts but my ambitious targets are 5k-18.30, 10k-36.50, half- 1hr 23 and marathon 3.00.01
Should we have a closing date for this comp. say 31st January?

As Laurence said would be good to get everyones prediction in next week or two. Don't wait until you've ran the time and then post it - that's not a prediction !
Latest forecast has come from Linsey Ochiltree Express Cooper.
5k 22.15 10k 47.40 Half 1hr 50m Mar' 3h 56m

Decided to make my prediction in the hope that I can get some fitness back for later on in the year.
5K - 17:20 10K - 35:30 0.5 Marathon - 1:20:40
I'll not predict a Marathon as I don't want to disappoint myself again. I don't think it's any secret what I've looked for in the past but I just want to run and enjoy a marathon for a change.

Doesn't seem to be a closing date for this comp. How about the Turkey trot 26th December being the final race to qualify? Nearest average prediction over 3 distances to win?
