The December 5K TT ( tues 11th )will be a handicap based on selected performances in the last few months and any bribes passed on to the handicapper.
There will also be a " predict your time" competition. This may pose a few problems for the garmin addicts as we ask that you run garmin / mobile / watch / sundial free.
Troon tortoises take the credit for these ideas, along with the 5K TT which we pinched from them over 4 years ago
Trophies for the winners of these 2 competitions will be awarded at the Xmas night out.
