Next road championship race is
Rubys 5K races at Kilmarnock on 10th June 2012
Separate mens and womens races starting at entrance to Dean castle country park.
Interesting course, with a great downhill finish
10 quid entry but it is for a good cause.
( great opportunity to score points in the championship as not many seaforth runners have done this race in recent years )
