Good luck to the remnants of Team G ( and John and Alex) on sunday. Take it nice and easy and remember to smile at the cameras.

Hey, thanks to all my Seaforth Team buddies for all your kind messages before and after the marathon. We all had a fantastic time. I have to congratulate the gaffer here though, if it was not for him I would have never have got my sub 3 30. All I could hear was "G, don't run so fast, pace yourself" thanks Lawrence. Look forward to seeing you all after my operation and please be gentle with me when I return. Hope you all have good Pb's in all your races during the summer. Keep me posted, in second thoughts don't mention running! Thanks again team. G
