Hey Kevbhoy, race went really well -smashed PB by three minutes and broke the qualifying time for the London Marathon Championship start! 2:42:57. Still trying to get my hand around it, can't quite believe it! Cheers to the Bazman for all the pacing, and to the thursday night crew for a couple of seriously speedy 10 mile runs on the way!

Well done Steve, knew you Would do it! A well deserved result for the effort you've put in. Enjoy a good rest now, refocus, and I'll look forward to hearing what you have planned for next season..

Hey Kev, I'm working abroad from January until May so looks like London 2012 won't be on the cards, especially gutted if you're all heading down for it! Resting up now, but already feeling the need to get out for a wee burst over the weekend. Definitely keen to go in for London 2013 if training etc holds up, and will be happy to chum you guys on your long runs - I owe Baz some pain especially!

Well done Steve, always knew you had a time like that in you. And well done on winning the RR championship too. Miss the Friday night Ladybank 6 tt since youve moved out west, we used to fairly hammer round that course! lol Look forward to meeting up at weekend and hearing your race report.
