Hey Laurence, just an observation, but I notice you don't have Glasgow Half in the list of events, a bit harsh when most of us run it, except yourself who won't pay the cash !

How many events do you have to do? I did actually plan on doing more than I have but was ill for Girvan and was working for Dundonald (honest!) I'm with Paul on Great Scottish Run as I'm doing that one too so with Irvine, Cumbrae and a time trial I might just squeeze in enough to count (although unless I get much faster I think wee G's got it in the bag anyway!)

Paul - fair observation. Up to now we have kept the championship to local events, but any suggestions for next year are welcome.
Laura - best 6 results to count but no minimum so still chances for victory.
