Due to my recent lifestyle which has involved a lot more easter egg eating than running I'm going for 46.45. Well below PB level but I've hardly ran 10K since the turkey trot and on the odd run I've done I've struggled to go faster than 8:30min / mile pace. I'm going to have to get back to training for a few weeks and keep carboloading with my easter eggs!
