Good luck to all.
Last year felt like an elite thanks to Smithy Bowerman - overnight stay at first class accomodation - chauffer drive to start. Well, felt like an elite until the running bit. In fact ran like an elite for first mile - it's always that pesky last twelve that gets me.
Looks like the weather will be kind, so hope you all smash your goals.
Much love B

8 of Ayrshires finest did battle at Alloa today. Great efforts from all concerned with special mentions for AS debut boys KenRobson (8th in category) and John Strachan. Results are on the results page ( strangely enough)

A link, courtesy of Kerry Wilson of the photographer picking pictures for runners world. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0C8iGvk5lowYou may not realise but the guy works for the Alloa tourist board . Difinitely a photographer and not a runner .
