I really really wanna get into running and feel when I do, it'll be all good. I need it for exercise, slimming and stress relief. I've never been a fit, exercise enjoying person but I wanna be. Please help. I want to join a supportive club but can't stand being the struggling snail at the back. Been doing the run walk thing but struggling to stay motuivate between cold and bad weather.
Any and all advice welcome!

Hi misss, Sorry for the late reply. They used to have a beginners group at Seaforth that met at the dam park 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thank you for replying- I really appreciate it. I emailed the info@ address but not had a reply as yet but guess it because of the holidays. I'll just keep walk/ running and when i get fitter (and braver) I'll try come along.

I spoke to a couple of Ayr Seaforth members and they say that a group still meet at 7pm Tuesday and Thursday at the Dam Park. I'm sure they'll make you very welcome.
