Hello All
I am a dedicated runner and do no other exercise or sports. In the past few years, this has caught up on me and I have gone through long durations of injury.
As I have no real interest in trying to compete in anything else but running, I considered starting classes (e.g. Spinning, Kick boxing, Circuits or something else) to try to improve my running fitness and strength.
Has anyone got any suggestions what would be the best classes to try to achieve this?

Humble apologies Mr Cross trainer. An old chinese saying taught to me from the master is "When you seek the answer from those who know nothing, you will only learn nothing more than you knew before" another saying is "If you wait, you will receive an answer from yourself" and another saying is "take your time think a lot, think of everything you've gotten you will still be here tomorrow though your dreams may not" I hope this helps to give the answer you seek. But if not my advice is i would choose spinning

Thanks for your Help Kara,
I hope you are still running well. You had a good run at the Ayrshires. I hope to see you at West Districts.
