The club meets on a tuesday and thursday night at dam park which is here There are changing and showering facilities available should you wish. There are also parking spaces at the college next door. Training costs £1.50 for adults, £1 for kids. Membership fees can be found on the website www.ayrseaforth.co.uk. I think the club currently has a four week introductory period to give you a chance to sample its delights before you have to cough up membership. Details of the different types of training on offer can be found here for road running and here for track. Kevan.

Usually meet around 7.10pm in Dam Park.
This week - Tuesday is time trial - everyone runs to their own pace.
Thursday - you will find that groups split into runs are at a pace that suits all.
Really worth coming along - look forward to seeing you there
