The road runners meet at about half seven on a tuesday and thursday night at dam park stadium.
Tuesdays usually consist of an interval or fartlek session devised by the sadistic Adam Law. Thursday are generally a run of 6 -10 miles depending on how fit you are feeling.

Hi boabee, welcome to the boards. On a thursday night the club usually run on the roads in the winter to keep to the street lights. The route usually goes through masonhill to alloway and from there it depends on how far you want. There is usually somebody who is willing to go a few extra miles if that is what you are looking for. Range 6-10 miles, usually at a faster pace. Tuesdays tend to follow the same route along the beach out to doonfoot and back along monument road. It is usually an interval session, which varies from week to week. Covering about 7 or 8 miles I think. I am trying to organise a sundat run but nobody seems to fancy it Hope that helps. Any other questions dont hesitate to ask. Kevan.

Connell, just to let you and the guys know, I'll be missing tonight, an old football hip injury has flared up. I guess this could mean, you'll be down to less than twenty for the first time this year !
