My near fatal injury

I went a nice little run with connell today wearing my new trainers that i have had for about a month now. After about half an hour i started to feel a bit of a blister on my heel but i forgot all about it. when i got home and tried to take my trainer off i realised it was quite sore and i noticed the big red blood stain on my sock, not a good sign.

Well i have now got my shoe and sock off, only after fainting a couple of times due to the blood and i can say its a horrible sight. my cheap and nasty socks have no heel left on them so my skin was rubbing on the shoe and the inside of my shoe has gone a nice colour with some of my skin remaining on the fabric, nice lets not talk about the damage to my poor little footsie

Just had to share that with you.

And some girl with green hair tried to pull my shorts down .

Quite a traumatic day.

The girl with green hair had a wig on as she probably at a halloween party the night before. She still seemed quite drunk when she shouted "You're Disgusting!!" at us, tugging down on Kev's shorts at the same time. Slightly Ironic words from the glamour queen of Newton, but there you go. I'm sure she's quite classy and sophisticated without the champers.

Lesson for today: Don't run from Ayr to Troon and back the following day after a cross country relay.
