I don't think there is an organised run ( unless they haven't told me ). I have just restarted long runs and prefer doing a long run (60 - 100 mins) on my own

Hi goudiesdisco,
I didn't want to jump in until you got a response from the club. Kilmarnock Harriers usually meet up at 9am Sunday at Scott Ellis Park and go a long run. This long run usually has a few loops of different distances. I have attached a link as sometimes they have away days http://www.kilmarnockharriers.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=1. Runners are always made welcome from other clubs if you want to go up.

Killie hijack yet another runner seriously though if you want company on a run and you are brave enough to venture that far north this is probably yer best bet as they have hunners of runners. ( that should get a prize for the most poetic reply)
